We provide professional services including but not limited to Truck Dispatching, Medical Billing, Virtual Assistant, Customer Support, and Data Entry. The scope, fees, and deliverables for each service will be outlined in a separate written agreement or service order.

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into binding contracts in the United States.
3. Client Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform our services.
- You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to your business operations.
- For medical billing services, you confirm that all patient and medical data you provide complies with HIPAA and other applicable regulations.
4. Payment & Fees
- Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement.
- Late payments may incur interest or result in suspension of services.
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. Use of Dialers & Messaging Services
We may use U.S.-based dialers, messaging systems, and third-party communication tools to provide services. By engaging our services, you consent to our use of such tools in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other applicable laws.
6. Confidentiality
We agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information you provide, except where disclosure is required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you must pay for all services provided up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of [Montana].
